Who runs this site
WARDOGS Tips is an independent, fan-made guide to the game WARDOGS. It is written and maintained by Jerry, and it is not affiliated with BULKHEAD or Team17. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What this site collects by itself
Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no comments, no contact form and no newsletter. The pages run no analytics or tracking scripts of their own, and the site sets no cookies of its own. Everything you read here is plain HTML and CSS.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives the technical data a browser sends when it requests a page — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request — in order to deliver pages and to block abuse such as bots and attacks. Cloudflare may set its own security and performance cookies at its edge, and it keeps its own logs under its own policy: Cloudflare privacy policy. This site does not receive or store those logs.
Advertising and affiliate links
Running this site costs money, and it is supported by third-party advertising and affiliate links. Both involve other companies, and both are worth understanding before you read on.
- Ads. When advertising is served on a page, the advertising network and its partners may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and may collect your IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, and the pages you viewed, in order to measure and personalise advertising. Those companies act under their own privacy policies, not this one.
- Affiliate links. Some links to shops, such as Steam, are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, the shop pays this site a commission. The price you pay does not change, and the commission never decides what a page says.
- Partners. When this site carries affiliate links, they are handled through CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction); its policy is at cj.com/legal/privacy. This list is updated when partners change.
Your choices
- Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and blocking them does not stop you reading any page here.

Other sites you reach from here
Pages link to Steam, Reddit and publisher sites. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, and this one no longer does.
Children
This is a game guide written for a general audience and it is not directed at children under 13. Because the site collects nothing by itself, it does not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included.
Your rights
This site holds no reader database: there are no accounts to close and no profile to export. If you have written to the contact address and want to know what happened to that message, ask and you will get an answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
