WARDOGS server hosting: community servers and the partners BULKHEAD named

Four soldiers wading across a stream toward an industrial building in a mountain valley

The short answer, checked October 31, 2026: community-hosted WARDOGS servers exist, and BULKHEAD named QONZER, BisectHosting and xREALM as approved hosting partners. To find a community server in game, hit DEPLOY and choose the Community list (Update 0.1.2, September 30, 2026).

Community servers and the three named partners

Community-hosted servers exist for WARDOGS. BULKHEAD named three approved hosting partners for them: QONZER, BisectHosting and xREALM.

Those three names are all this page records about the partners. This page does not rank or compare them. The details still open are listed in the last section.

How players find a community server

Two in-game tools do the finding: the DEPLOY flow and the server browser.

DEPLOY: Official, Community, Infantry Mode, Low-Level

Update 0.1.2 (September 30, 2026) added a new DEPLOY flow. Hit DEPLOY and choose Official, Community, Infantry Mode or Low-Level servers.

BULKHEAD said the purpose was to better highlight the existence of the Infantry Mode and Low-Level COMMUNITY servers. Those servers existed before the update; 0.1.2 did not create them.

Fan guides recommend Low-Level servers for new players. That is a fan-guide recommendation, not an official statement.

Ping tags and filters in the server browser

Per the Season 02 patch notes, Season 02 added "maximum ping tags and filters to the server browser." The same notes say community server admins can configure their own ping limits.

Also per the Season 02 patch notes, official servers enforce per-region maximum ping limits. A player who exceeds a limit over a sustained period is kicked, and cannot rejoin the same server until the next map transition. This page records no numeric limit.

What is still To be confirmed

This page covers the existence of community servers, the three partner names, the DEPLOY lists and the Season 02 ping tools. It does not cover the details below, so it leaves them open.

  • Rental prices for a community server: To be confirmed.
  • Player slot counts per server: To be confirmed.
  • Mod support on community servers: To be confirmed.
  • Server locations and the regions each partner offers: To be confirmed.
  • Setup steps, admin tools, and how to apply to a named partner: To be confirmed.

A failed join is a client-side problem with its own page: WARDOGS can't join server.
